Desert Fiend sends all parcels from Northland, New Zealand.  

Orders placed in New Zealand, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 48 hours.* Please allow an extra day or two for peak and sale periods, this is a one person operation. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent out the following Monday. International orders, please allow up to three business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has shipped you will be sent a tracking number so you can trace your order. 

*Note: all photography prints are made to order so please allow an additional 3-5 days for the print to be ready to be dispatched. 

The timeframes below are indicative of once the order has been shipped so if you're needing something urgently please select the quickest shipping method and drop us a note.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders shipped within New Zealand are shipped with NZ Post.
We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for all orders over $65 delivered within New Zealand. 

Standard Tracked Post: 2-3 working days | $7.5 (FREE for orders over $65)
Express Courier: Overnight | $12.50 ($4.5 for orders over $65)

Orders shipped to Australia are shipped by NZ Post in conjunction with Australia postal services.

Standard Tracked Post: 3-10 working days - $11 NZD
Express Courier (Signature required): 2-6 working days - $20 NZD


INTERNATIONAL

Orders shipped internationally are shipped by NZ Post in conjunction with local postal services.

Standard Tracked Post: 3-10 working days - $35 NZD
